There are currently about 7.5T of user storage available on the simplex cluster. It is organized as follows

• vertex:/home :: about 400G of SSD. Be considerate of your fellow users, nobody wants quotas.

• simplex:/home :: Currently about 2T of raid 1 HDD.

• /data/share :: Each user has a "second home" here. This directory is shared between the nodes via gluster. It is a network file system, so you can expect some operations to be slower.

• simplex:/srv/pmem :: 128G of "persistent memory". If you need access, you probably already know what it is.

Remember that none of this storage is backed up, so you are responsible for doing your own backups (e.g. pushing to git repos on other hosts).
